You’ll serve as a trusted on‑site resource, collaborating with stakeholders and resolving supply and equipment needs in a fast‑paced environment.
What You’ll Do
- Provide comprehensive supply chain support in specialty areas, including receiving, distribution, requisitioning, ordering, and resolution of supply and equipment requests.
- Coordinate and manage supply and equipment acquisitions to ensure timely availability for end users.
- Perform routine maintenance and upkeep of computer‑based supply chain systems to ensure continuous operational availability.
- Serve as the frontline supply chain representative for site‑based meetings, initiatives, and operational activities.
- Support end users with non‑standard or escalated needs as identified by the Supply Chain Leader.
- Apply working knowledge of Technician and Technician Advanced functions to support broader operational needs.
- Spend up to 30% of time assisting with inventory management or data analysis to support informed decision‑making and efficiency.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2–3 years of supply chain experience
- Associate degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
- Prior supply chain experience in healthcare, warehousing, or distribution environments
- Experience within a Trinity Health facility strongly preferred
- Willingness and ability to complete additional education, training, and competency assessments as required
- Hourly Pay Range: $19.07 – $29.55 Actual compensation is based on experience, education, qualifications, location, and internal equity.
