JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Field Marketing Specialist, you will be part of a high-growth tech startup with a collaborative culture. Reporting to the Sr. Group Manager, AMER Programs and working in close partnership with two Field Marketing Managers, you will support the execution of the Consumer Industries, Emerging Enterprise, Startup, and DNB marketing strategies.

The impact you will have:

• Support the execution of marketing activities across both regions, including webinars, workshops, large-scale in-person events, executive events, and 3rd party sponsorships.

• Assist with building and maintaining sales enablement materials, pre- and post-event, as well as our regular sales comms cadences.

• Streamline procurement management and budget tracking.

• Document program deliverables to ensure programs are scalable and repeatable.

What we look for:

• 2 years of marketing event experience in a B2B enterprise software company.

• Experienced with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Mail), Microsoft Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), and Mac.

• Exceptional customer service to essential business partners.

• Asana, Marketo, Salesforce, and Swoogo experience a plus.

• Travel required for events (when appropriate).

Additional Comments:

• Looking for someone on the West Coast or someone who can work those hours.

• Travel will be required, but only limited to the West Coast.
