We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our veterinary urgent care! Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and within the team supporting clients and referring veterinary teams.
- Provide accurate information about products and services, assisting customers with their questions or concerns
- Handle outbound calling campaigns to follow up with clients
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using data entry skills and Microsoft Office tools
- Assist customers with account management tasks such as updating information or processing transactions securely
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure positive interactions at all times
- Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable solutions to enhance client satisfaction
Experience
- Previous veterinary customer support or emergency roles preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Strong data entry skills with the ability to accurately input information quickly and efficiently
- Experience client services that demonstrates persuasive communication abilities
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills necessary for daily operations
- Ability to analyze customer needs, patient triage, and provide tailored solutions while maintaining professionalism

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
