Duties

- Schedule appointments efficiently, managing the clinic's calendar to optimize patient flow
- Collect and process payments, including medical collections, accurately recording financial transactions
- Assist with patient check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete
- Maintain organized client records and update medical histories with attention to detail
- Manage phone inquiries promptly, providing information about services, appointments, or follow-up care
- Ensure cleanliness and proper aseptic technique in reception areas to uphold health standards
Qualifications
