As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers—helping them with orders, tracking, account issues, payments, and anything else they need. You’ll ensure each interaction reflects our promise of being a trusted, reliable partner.
Hours: This position is fully in office, Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide friendly, professional customer support by phone, email, and in person.
- Process, edit, and track customer orders accurately.
- Resolve billing, payment, and account inquiries.
- Collaborate with sales, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure on-time, error-free fulfillment.
- Stay informed about product lines, promotions, and company updates.
- Maintain detailed and accurate customer account records.
- Assist with product exchanges, refunds, or replacements.
- Occasionally provide showroom tours for visiting customers.
Requirements
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
- Positive, team-first attitude and genuine desire to help others.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Computer proficiency; Google Workspace and NetSuite experience a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
