Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Birmingham, AL, for an Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive executive support, helping to manage schedules, coordinate meetings, prepare expense reports, and ensure effective communication. Additional responsibilities include assisting with administrative tasks and maintaining efficient organizational operations across departments.
Qualifications
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance and providing Executive Support
- Proficiency in preparing Expense Reports and performing related financial administrative tasks
- Strong Communication skills for effective correspondence and liaison with internal and external stakeholders
- Competency in Administrative Assistance to support organizational operations
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in relevant software tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite or similar applications
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Previous experience in nonprofit or mission-driven organizations is a plus
