Warren Averett is assisting a client in the Talladega area with the search for an Administrative Assistant – Human Resources & Accreditation. This role provides administrative support to leadership and assists with HR operations, accreditation processes, and compliance activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to HR and accreditation functions, including scheduling, reporting, and record maintenance
- Assist with recruiting activities, onboarding, and employee documentation
- Coordinate background checks, physicals, and drug screenings
- Support accreditation documentation, audits, and compliance tracking
- Maintain confidential records and assist with HR reporting
- Attend Board meetings and prepare and distribute meeting minutes
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field (Bachelor’s preferred)
- 1–3 years of administrative experience; HR or accreditation exposure preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Pre-Employment Requirements:
- Valid Alabama driver’s license
- Clear background check
- Ability to pass a physical and drug screen
- Insurable to drive company vehicles
