Sr. Estimator (Water Resources)

Urban Infraconstruction is looking for a Sr. Estimator to join our Estimating department.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead pursuit teams in preparing and submitting competitive and accurate bid proposals
• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates, including takeoffs for labor, materials, and equipment with an emphasis on structural concrete work
• Apply pragmatic analysis of the overall project execution process to ensure the estimate reflects the efficient execution of the project
• Analyze market conditions, competition and pricing strategies
• Lead and mentor junior Estimators
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 5 years of estimating experience.
• Proficiency in estimating software such as HCSS Heavybid, BlueBeam, Agtek
• Experience with scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
• Travel to visit project sites as required
• Must have a valid driver's license
