SR Mechanical is looking to hire a Construction Project Manager

- Works in conjunction with Plumbing Supervisor and Plumbing Foremen in preparing and carrying out the Project Management Plan.
- Is responsible to help manage work orders, change orders, job logs, onsite accidents, RFI's, back charges, photo documentation, safety conditions, MSDS books, OSHA logs, SWPPP inspections.
- Works in conjunction with Office Manager
- Work with subcontractors and other Construction Managers on upcoming project bids.
- Attends weekly onsite job meetings as required
- Would assist in estimating projects.
- 4-6 years construction background (preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills including the ability to collaborate with diverse personalities
- May be required to lift items more than 50 pounds
- Must have Drivers License, pass background check and pass drug test. Wage depending on experience. Able to train, however must have basic admin skills including working with excel, word, adobe and other management software.
