Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and direct field crews and subcontractors on water infrastructure projects (water lines, pump stations, treatment facilities, underground utilities, etc.)
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company policies, OSHA regulations, and project specifications.
- Manage daily schedules, manpower allocation, equipment use, and material delivery coordination.
- Review plans, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate field execution.
- Conduct daily safety meetings, toolbox talks, and field inspections.
- Maintain project documentation including daily reports, logs, timecards, and site photos.
- Collaborate closely with the Project Manager on progress updates, potential issues, and project milestones.
- 6 years of experience in water infrastructure construction.
- Proven experience as a Superintendent or Lead Foreman on water-related projects.
- Strong understanding of water systems (potable water, wastewater, pump stations, distribution/collection systems)
- Must have a valid driver's license
