What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Corporate Accountant position at Upside Search?
Upside Search is currently partnering with a rapidly growing, multi-entity organization on a Senior Corporate Accountant opportunity that offers significantly more visibility and growth potential than a traditional accounting role.
This position sits within a highly visible corporate accounting team and works directly with executive accounting leadership, including the Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer. If you're looking for an opportunity where you'll have a seat at the table, contribute to meaningful discussions, and gain exposure to enterprise-level accounting initiatives, this could be worth a conversation.

- Experience with reconciliations, accruals, journal entries, and financial reporting
- Strong systems aptitude and interest in process improvement

Why Consider This Opportunity?
This isn't a typical Senior Accountant role. You'll be joining a lean, highly collaborative corporate accounting team where you'll have direct interaction with senior leadership and exposure to complex accounting matters across a growing organization. You'll gain experience with consolidations, enterprise accounting, systems ownership, and future ERP initiatives while helping shape processes and drive improvements. The organization is investing heavily in its systems and infrastructure, creating an opportunity for someone who enjoys both accounting and technology to become a key contributor in future transformation efforts.
If you're looking for a role that offers more visibility, broader exposure, and long-term growth potential beyond simply preparing journal entries and reconciliations, please apply!
