We are partnering with a large, global manufacturing organization to hire a Corporate Finance Technology Partner to work directly with executive finance leadership. This is a high-visibility, consultative role for a senior finance professional who brings strong technology acumen and thrives in strategic, CFO-level conversations.
This position serves as a trusted advisor to Corporate Finance, acting as the bridge between finance leadership and enterprise technology. The ideal candidate is not an order-taker — but someone who can challenge assumptions, influence decisions, and drive meaningful transformation across finance operations.
This is a 12-month contract-to-hire opportunity, designed to ensure mutual fit while offering long-term upside.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Serve as the primary technology and transformation partner to Corporate Finance leadership
- Spend ~20% of your time working directly with the CFO on strategy, priorities, and performance
- Partner closely with the CAO, global controllers, and leaders across AP, AR, FP&A, and Treasury
- Assess and document current-state finance processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Translate finance needs into clear technology requirements and actionable initiatives
- Help prioritize and execute finance technology and transformation efforts
- Support enhancements to budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analytics
- Act as a liaison between Corporate Finance and IT on enterprise initiatives
- Lead change management and drive adoption of new systems and processes
- Roll up your sleeves when needed — this is a hands-on leadership role
What We’re Looking For:
Experience
- 10 years of progressive experience in corporate finance
- Background combining large consulting (Big 4 / similar) and industry experience
- Proven experience partnering directly with CFOs or executive-level finance leaders
- Deep understanding of: Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and FP&A
- Core corporate finance operations
- Experience driving finance transformation or optimization initiatives
Technology & Systems
- Strong technology orientation within finance
- ERP experience required (SAP strongly preferred)
- Exposure to systems such as: OneStream, Kyriba, or Power BI
- Other enterprise finance tools
- Ability to translate complex finance concepts into technical requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
- MBA, CPA, or CMA preferred
