This hybrid role offers hands-on exposure across imports, fixed assets, payroll, tax, treasury, and general ledger functions. You’ll gain visibility into multiple areas of accounting and play a vital role in supporting accurate financial operations and reporting across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Support import accounting, including payment reconciliations, shipment tracking, and reviewing overseas partner reports
🔹 Assist in managing fixed assets and depreciation tracking
🔹 Help with tax compliance (state/local), income tax data requests, and insurance reporting
🔹 Contribute to payroll accounting tasks and accrual tracking
🔹 Take part in treasury activities like cash forecasting, lockbox processing, and reconciliations
🔹 Perform general ledger entries, account analysis, and assist with month-end close
🔹 Support audits and help maintain clean financial records
What You Bring:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
✔ Up to 3 years of relevant accounting experience
✔ Strong Excel skills and solid attention to detail
✔ CPA track a plus
✔ Experience with SAP or Crystal Reports is a bonus
✔ A proactive attitude and a team-first mindset
