Responsibilities
- Prepare and review individual, corporate, partnership, estate, and trust tax returns with precision and attention to detail.
- Assist clients with tax planning strategies that align with their financial goals, including considerations for mergers & acquisitions, private equity investments, and asset management.
- Perform detailed analysis of financial statements using accounting software like QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, or similar tools to identify discrepancies or opportunities for optimization.
- Reconcile accounts such as general ledger accounts, balance sheets, accounts payable/receivable, and perform account analysis to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare regulatory reports and assist with audit processes by providing necessary documentation and insights into financial report interpretation.
