We offer a collaborative and professional work environment where client relationships, integrity, and personalized financial guidance are at the heart of everything we do.As a Client Service Associate, you’ll be the first point of contact for our valued clients and a key part of our operational team. Your day-to-day will involve supporting advisors, managing account administration, and helping deliver exceptional client experience.Whether you are currently licensed or interested in obtaining your Securities Industry Essentials, our firm offers a full-time role that values your expertise. Salary is negotiable based on qualifications and licensing exams. We welcome experienced professionals who are passionate about delivering high-quality service in the financial services industry.Key Responsibilities:Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and ensuring a seamless client experienceSupport financial advisors with account openings, client onboarding, data entry, transfers, transactions, and ongoing account maintenancePrepare and review client paperwork and reports for meetings and follow-upLiaise with custodians, insurance carriers, and product providers to facilitate client requestsMaintain client records in CRM and track service activity to ensure timely completionContribute to a client-first culture with proactive communication and attention to detailRequired Qualifications:Excellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesProficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office SuiteStrong organizational skills and client-service mindsetFluent in 2 or more languagesPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or related fieldSIE and Series 7 and Series 66 licenses (or willingness to obtain)Insurance licenses - life, health, or variable contracts (or willingness to obtain)CFP® certification or progress toward certification is a plusPrior experience in a financial service, advisory, wealth management firm, or client services industryFluent in SpanishWhy Advisor Associate?At Advisor Associate, you’ll find a team that values professionalism, growth, and making a real impact in our clients' financial lives.
