Our client is an AmLaw 100 law firm in Dallas seeking a 2020-2024 M&A associate for an immediate need.


You will work for 4 Dallas partners and 2 Houston partners.


75% middle-market M&A both buy and sell side. 25% corporate governance.


The firm does not have an official office policy. However, Dallas partners generally prefer that associates come into the office 3-4 days a week.


1950 billable hours


Reasonable 8 year partnership track.

Salary : $225,000 - $365,000
