Role Overview
We are seeking a Family Physician to join our dedicated care team in Gwinn, MI. In this role, you will deliver comprehensive primary care across all ages, manage acute and chronic conditions, and provide preventive and urgent care services. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure compassionate, community-focused care.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

Qualifications
- MD or DO degree with completion of Family Medicine residency.
- Active medical license and board certification (or eligibility) in Family Medicine.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in rural healthcare or FQHC settings is a plus.
