As a RN or LPN – Pediatrics Clinic, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming, efficient, and compassionate care environment for our children, families, and our clinical team. Every day brings the opportunity to make a real impact by:
- Providing exception nursing care to pediatric patients within the scope of your license, ensuring children feel safe, supported, and cared for.
- Assessing pediatric patient needs, developing care plans, and collaborating with providers to delivery comprehensive care.
- Supporting families with education, resources, and reassurance to help them navigate their child’s health journey.
- Helping with the management of pediatric chronic conditions, partnering with families to support ongoing care and improved outcomes.
- Administering and tracking pediatric immunizations to promote preventative health and long-term wellness.
- Championing preventative care by managing an assigned pediatric patient registry to improve health outcomes and support long-term wellness. You will build meaningful relationships with the children and families and truly make a lasting impact in their lives.
