-40% residency faculty, teaching, and program support

-Days and evenings schedule
-Collaborative work with behavioral health clinicians, residents, primary care providers, and mental health professionals
-Responsibilities include resident supervision, curriculum development, quality improvement, and program advancement
**Candidate Requirements**
-MD or DO
-Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
-Experience in integrated primary care models
-Interest in and some experience with addiction medicine
-Strong interest in supporting a rural residency program
-Eligible for medical licensure and DEA registration
-Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience post-residency, with fellowship time counting toward this requirement
**Preferred Qualifications**
-Fellowship training in Addiction Medicine or Board Certification in Addiction Medicine
-Experience teaching in a residency or academic setting
-Experience developing MOUD programs
-Leadership experience in behavioral health or addiction services
-Research or quality improvement experience in addiction medicine or integrated care
