UPMC is hiring a Full-time, Electrician to support the hospital in Harrisburg.
To be considered, you must have electrical experience.
You will need to provide your own hand tools, UPMC will provide power tools and specialty tools.
Schedule is Mon.-Fri. 7am-3:30pm
May require hours outside of hours listed above to meet department standards.

Final candidate will be hired in appropriate job title and salary based off education and experience.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and prepare job site/shop.
Perform routine repairs.
- Maintain, clean, and inspect electrical lockers, switch gear rooms, generator rooms, etc.
- Maintain shop equipment and minor repairs.
- Preventive maintenance inspections of exit signs, panels and panel index.
- Accountable for the safe operation and maintenance of the hospital's electrical systems and equipment including generators, fire alarm, overhead paging system and nurse call
- Repair and/or install conduit, fittings, motors, generators transformers, electrical wiring and a variety of appliances and hospital equipment.
- Performs other duties as assigned
