Schedule & Work-Life Balance
Enjoy a predictable 2-week rotating schedule:
- Week 1: Wednesday & Thursday (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
- Week 2: Friday, Saturday & Sunday (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
✅ Built-in extended time off with a 2 on / 2 off / 5 on / 5 off rotation
✅ Every other weekend commitment
✅ Holiday shifts only when they fall on your scheduled workdays
What You’ll Do
In this multifaceted role, you’ll help ensure patients receive timely, safe transportation while supporting essential billing operations:
- Coordinate and dispatch emergency and non-emergency patient transports
- Schedule and manage transport requests across UPMC Susquehanna facilities
- Communicate with internal teams, transport crews, and customers to ensure seamless service
- Perform ambulance billing, collections, and accounts receivable follow-up
- Answer questions and resolve concerns related to transport services and billing
- Manage dispatch logs, schedules, and transport documentation
- Assist with reporting, deposits, and monthly financial processes
