In-House Video Content Editor
Location: Belleville, IL Type: Full-Time (In-House)
About the Role
We’re looking for a high performance In-House Video Content Editor to work directly alongside CEO and the Unwired Products leadership team.
This role will be responsible for building and scaling:
· CEO’s Personal Brand
· Unwired Products Digital Presence
· Client Marketing Content (as applicable)
This is a hands on, in-house position, with the ability to travel. You will be embedded with the team, capturing, editing, and producing content in real time.

What You’ll Do
Content Creation & Editing (Daily Output)
· Work directly with Sam Salah to capture and edit personal brand content
· Edit high performing short form content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
· Produce long form YouTube and brand storytelling content
· Turn raw footage into engaging, high-retention videos
In-House Content Production
· Be present in office and in the field to capture real time content
· Film:
o Leadership content
o Sales team culture
o Training environments
o Behind the scenes moments
· Quickly turn around content for same day or next day posting
Creative Direction & Strategy
· Collaborate directly with Owner and leadership on:
o Content ideas
o Hooks and messaging
o Brand positioning
· Bring new content ideas and trends proactively
Performance Optimization
· Edit with a focus on:
o Retention
o Watch time
o Engagement & shares
· Stay on top of trends, sounds, formats, and platform changes
Content Scaling
· Repurpose content across:
o Instagram
o Facebook
o YouTube
o LinkedIn
· Help build a consistent, high volume content engine
What We’re Looking For
Experience
· 2 years of video editing experience (agency, brand, or freelance)
· Experience editing short form, high engagement content
Skills
· Proficiency in:
o Adobe Premiere Pro
o After Effects
o Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve
· Strong understanding of:
o Viral content structure
o Hooks and pacing
o Social media trends
Mindset
· In person, hands on operator (not remote)
· Fast paced and able to produce high volumes of content
· Creative thinker who can bring ideas, not just execute
· Strong attention to detail with ability to move quickly
Bonus Points If You
· Have worked on a personal brand or influencer account
· Understand direct response / performance marketing
· Can both shoot and edit content
· Have experience scaling social media pages
· Have a strong portfolio of cinematic social content
