Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand goals, focusing on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Create high-quality visual and written content to ensure consistency in branding and messaging.
- Manage weekly social media activities including scheduling posts, monitoring engagement metrics, and responding to comments or inquiries promptly.
- Conduct social listening to gather insights on audience preferences, industry trends, and competitor activities to inform content planning.
- Optimize content by incorporating relevant keywords and hashtags; perform keyword research to enhance discoverability.
- Analyze web analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.
- Coordinate with YWCA staff to ensure messaging aligns with overall branding efforts; support relationship management initiatives with influencers and partners.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all channels while proofreading all content for accuracy, clarity, and professionalism.
Experience
- Proven experience in social media marketing or digital marketing roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Demonstrated proficiency in graphic design tools i for content creation.
- Hands-on experience managing social media platforms .
- Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research techniques, and web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Familiarity with social listening tools and techniques to monitor brand reputation and industry trends.
- Experience in public relations or relationship management within a digital environment is a plus.
- Ability to create compelling visual content through photography or video editing is highly desirable.
