Main Responsibilities
- Assisting with production planning data analysis (Excel-based capacity, demand, and order planning files)
- Supporting weekly and monthly reporting related to production, inventory, and order flow
- Helping maintain and update planning dashboards and trackers used for forecasting and capacity planning
- Assisting with data cleanup and validation between systems such as Logility, Oracle, and internal planning reports
- Supporting process documentation and SOP development for planning workflows
- Assisting the team with ad-hoc analysis related to production scheduling, inventory availability, and order prioritization
- Must be currently enrolled in University of Georgia, University of South Carolina, University of Cincinnati, University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, University of Southern California, University of Maryland
- Current student pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business Analytics, or a related field
- Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data organization)
- Interest in supply chain, production planning, or manufacturing operations
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Ability to organize data and support multiple projects
