Accounts Receivable Lead

The Accounts Receivable Lead oversees and monitors performance, provides training and coordinates workflow for assigned accounts receivable staff.

Educational Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalency
  
  

Qualifications

• 5 years multi-specialty billing in a high volume setting
• 3 years of lead or supervisory experience in healthcare
• 2 years Epic experience
• Payor contractual agreements/fee schedule knowledge
• Intermediate oral and written communication skills required
• Work is multi-tasked with frequent interruptions
• Must be well organized and detail-oriented
• Excellent organizational, analytical and time management skills
• Type at least 45 WPM and 10-key proficient
• Computer skills required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) basic computer knowledge
• Requires manual dexterity to use computer, telephone and peripherals
• Positive and professional attitude is expected to be maintained at all times
