SAAS Web Developer

  • Do you enjoy working with clients to understand their website requirements, present creative solutions, and see a project through from inception to completion?
  • Do you have experience in maintaining existing code and managing servers that provide services to departments and units?
The SAAS Web Developer plays a vital role in supporting Student Affairs and Academic Services (SAAS) by ensuring systems operate seamlessly and efficiently. This position offers hands-on experience in coding, troubleshooting, and server management while working alongside a collaborative team dedicated to making an immediate and meaningful impact.
Primary Duties:
  • Developing and maintaining code on web servers and application servers that service Student Affairs and Academic Services (SAAS).
  • Support the deployment process of completed projects, ensuring smooth transition from development to production.
  • Use JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other front-end technologies to develop and enhance applications within the Student Affairs domain.

Job Related Minimum Required Education and Experience
  • Requires a bachelor’s degree in a job related field and no prior work experience, which may be substituted by an equivalent combination of job related certification, training, education, and/or experience.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Networking knowledge, comfort with command line interfaces, Office 365 application experience, a curiosity for finding unique solutions.
  • Experience working independently and collaboratively with information architects, back-end developers, and broad cross-functional teams
