Are you passionate about teaching the next generation of business leaders? The University of South Carolina Beaufort (USCB) is seeking a dynamic, student-centered Instructor of Business to join our thriving Department of Business Administration and Communication Studies.
As the largest major at USCB, the Bachelor of Science in Business Administration offers concentrations in Accounting, Management, and Marketing, preparing students for diverse careers and graduate studies. We are looking for a forward-thinking educator who is excited to engage students both in and beyond the classroom.
Primary Responsibilities:
Teaching (Core Focus)
- Teach a 5/5 undergraduate course load on the Bluffton campus in areas such as:
- Finance
- Management
- Marketing
- Deliver primarily face-to-face instruction, with the opportunity to incorporate hybrid and online modalities.
- Engage students with real-world applications, active learning strategies, and up-to-date business insights.
Service
Participate in shared governance, supporting program and institutional goals.

Minimum Qualifications:
- A Master’s degree in Business or a related field is required.
- College-level teaching experience in business disciplines preferred.
