Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree required. Track & Field coaching or playing experience. Strong understanding of training principles, safety standards and athletic development. Ability to work collaboratively with administrative leadership and familiarity with NJCAA rules and compliance standards. Master’s degree, experience managing a colleigiate team, recuiting experience, meet logistics or event operations preferred.
