Responsibilities
The Department of Pediatrics at the University of South Alabama Frederick P. Whiddon College of Medicine is currently seeking candidates for a faculty position in the Division of Pediatric Hospital Medicine.
Duties include inpatient care at USA Health Children's and Women's Hospital, the primary referral center for the region, and teaching medical students and residents. Candidates should be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics. Experience in Pediatric Hospital Medicine is desirable. Successful candidates will interact with an interdisciplinary team of health care professionals dealing with a broad range of pediatric diseases. Unique opportunities for program development, clinical research, and scholarly interactions with clinical and laboratory research programs are available.
