The University of Pittsburgh at Titusville is seeking an outgoing person who enjoys working with people from all walks of life and wants to join the dynamic and fast-paced world of higher education admissions. If this sounds like you, Pitt-Titusville is accepting applications for a temporary, full-time Admissions Counselor to join the enrollment management team.
Duties include traveling to and attending events to recruit students in northwestern Pennsylvania and participating in campus open house and special visitation days. Participation in the development and implementation of appropriate admissions standards and other recruiting activities, as well as communicating with students throughout the application and enrollment process are part of this role.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree with preference given to University of Pittsburgh alumni; valid driver’s license; willingness to work occasional evening and weekend hours; and the energy to keep up with the fast-paced world of recruitment. Additionally, candidates must have organizational and budgetary skills. A friendly and outgoing personality, sense of humor, and well-developed work ethic are also helpful.
