Purpose of Position
This is a part-time, non-benefited position. Only UND students are eligible to be hired in this position.
Duties & Responsibilities
Prepares fruit and vegetables
Follows and prepares recipes such as sandwiches, salads and more.
Collaborates with full-time staff to fulfill the needs of Dining Services
Follows Best Food Practices Safety Policies
Correctly uses and maintains all equipment provided to complete tasks
Performs other duties as assigned
Prepares and cuts meats
Minimum Requirements
Ability to stand for 3–4 hours
Ability to follow instructions
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to handle and prepare meat products in a commercial kitchen
Compliance with all food safety and sanitation requirements including taking out jewelry and wearing a hairnet.
Must be able to work with pork
In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the US and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire. This position does not support visa sponsorship for continued employment.
