| Primary Purpose of Department | The Office of OneIT provides highly reliable information technology infrastructure, tools, and services to empower the University to achieve its academic, research, administrative, and service goals. |
| Primary Purpose of Position | The CRM Administrator serves as the primary functional expert and lead administrator for the university's Technolutions Slate CRM platform within Enrollment Management. Reporting to the Executive Director of IT within the Office of OneIT, this role drives innovation, operational excellence, and data integrity to strategically support undergraduate recruitment and admissions. The Administrator is responsible for system configuration, cyclical system readiness, advanced workflow automation, and cross-system integrations (such as Banner/ERP). Acting as a bridge between enrollment operations, OneIT, and external technical partners, this position analyzes business processes, designs scalable CRM solutions, and provides critical data reporting and end-user training to support data-informed decision-making across the enrollment lifecycle. |
