The University of Louisiana Monroe is seeking an Administrative Coordinator 4 to join our team. This position supports daily operations of the Warhawk ID services office, ensuring accurate account management and seamless service delivery for students, faculty, and staff.

Minimum Qualifications
EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION:
Every 15 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as six months of experience.

Job Duties and Other Information
Job Duties:
Coordinate campus ID services and manage access for students, faculty, staff, and visitors.Administer meal plans and campus account services, including setup and updates.
Manage system access to support housing, dining, and campus operations.
Process and track financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Run and reconcile reports for audits, payments, and month-end processes.
Partner with campus departments to support events and programs.
Supervise staff and ensure policies and procedures are followed.

Work Location: This position is located in the Warhawk ID services office on the main campus of the University of Louisiana Monroe.
