This is a full-time on-site position based in Jamestown, ND, for the role of Graduate Assistant Goalkeeper Coach for the Men's and Women's Soccer teams. The selected candidate will assist in the planning and execution of training sessions, develop goalkeepers' technical and tactical skills, analyze performance through video review, and provide consistent feedback to players. Additional responsibilities include assisting in recruitment activities, supporting team practices and matches, and ensuring compliance with program and institutional standards.
- Goalkeeping expertise, with strong knowledge of technical and tactical skills specific to the position
- Experience in coaching, mentoring, or instruction, preferably in soccer at the collegiate or high school level
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with players, staff, and stakeholders
- Ability to analyze performance data, conduct video reviews, and provide constructive feedback
- Good organizational and time management skills to balance coaching responsibilities with graduate studies
- Strong understanding of NCAA rules and regulations to ensure compliance
- Experience with recruiting processes and player development is a plus
- Bachelor's degree required; candidates must be enrolled or accepted in a graduate program at the University of Jamestown
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus
- A passion for working with and developing student-athletes in both academic and athletic capacities
