What are the responsibilities and job description for the Direct Care Staff position at Goal?
Looking for a caring and reliable Direct Care Staff to support individuals with developmental disabilities at our group home as well as in the community. This role involves helping with routines, personal care, and skill-building in a safe, supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily living tasks and personal care
- Support independence in the home and community
- Follow care plans and complete simple documentation
- Maintain safety and respectful communication
Qualifications:
- Compassion, reliability, and good communication
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Must meet background requirements
- Must have driver license and reliable transportation
- Experience in caregiving is a plus but not required

Pay: From $18.25 per hour
