Looking for a caring and reliable Direct Care Staff to support individuals with developmental disabilities at our group home. This role involves helping with routines, personal care, and skill-building in a safe, supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily living tasks and personal care
- Support independence in the home and community
- Follow care plans and complete simple documentation
- Maintain safety and respectful communication
Qualifications:
- Compassion, reliability, and good communication
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Must meet background requirements
- Must have driver license and reliable transportation
- Experience in caregiving is a plus but not required
Hours:
Currently looking to fill night shift and weekends.
