Goal Inc. helps people with developmental disabilities live more independently. As a Client Counselor, you’ll support clients with everyday tasks and help them reach their personal goals.
What you’ll do:
- Go grocery shopping and plan meals with clients.
- Help clients create budgets, manage money, and pay bills.
- Help keep their homes clean and organized.
- Encourage social activities and participation in the community.
- Provide emotional support and encouragement.
- Help clients become more independent.
What you need:
- No previous experience required—training is provided.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
- Good communication and people skills.
- Patience, compassion, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work both independently and with a team.
Pay:
- Starting at $18.00 per hour.
- Bonuses and pay increases may be available based on performance.
