Duties and Responsibilities
Provide support to the MBA Admissions Director and Master Programs Director of the Shidler College of Business in the following areas: Global MBA, MAcc, MS, MHRM programs admissions process; management and development of the admissions database/spreadsheet for tracking and statistical purposes; communicate with prospective students and applicants; review and recommend changes in admissions information on the Shidler website; create, update and recommend changes in admissions forms; conduct research in enrollment trends and variations in application volume; gather and analyze statistical data to be reported to AACSB, U.S. News and Businessweek among others.
Minimum Qualifications
Classified graduate student in the MAcc program.
Desirable Qualifications
1. Knowledge of the programs offered at the Shidler College of Business.
2. Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain databases and spreadsheets.
3. Familiarity with the Admissions process at the Shidler College of Business.
4. Proficient in MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, and online admissions system.
