The University of Colorado Athletics Department is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to serve as the Community Outreach Associate for the 2026 – 2027 season. This position plays a key role in planning and executing community outreach initiatives, mascot appearances, youth programming, Kids Club activities, donation fulfillment, fan engagement and special events.

This is a temporary, onsite role that will likely work 25–35 hours per week. Work hours occur during standard business hours, as well as evenings, weekends, holidays, and athletic events as require.

- Assist with organizing Chip’s Kids Club events and membership initiatives.
- Connect with community organizations and campus partners.
- Support Spirit Program administrative needs.
- Assist with and support set-up and breakdown of community activations including all kids club events on game days and community events.

What We Require
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate dedication to providing outstanding customer service and creating positive experiences for fans, community and campus partners.
- Experience working with youth organizations, nonprofit organizations, schools, or community partners.
- Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations as they relate to community outreach and promotional activities.
