Qualifications: The best candidate is a self-starter with a bright, cheerful personality, who is comfortable with both taking initiative and working in collaboration with our staff. Knowledge of Microsoft office suite and Google docs a must. Detail oriented and strong written and verbal communication skills are very important. Must adhere to strict confidentiality policy. Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher. Must be reliable, prompt, conscientious, articulate and neat in appearance. Must exhibit patience and empathy for international students. Must be able to work between 11:00AM and 4:30PM Monday through Thursday. Do not apply for this position if you are unavailable for these specific hours. Job will be for multiple terms, with the opportunity to work some nights and weekend events as well.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Duties: Under general supervision, operate a multi-line phone system and announce callers. Scan documents, prepare letters, files, answer phones, run errands and make mail deliveries on-campus. Support the office staff with duties as assigned.

- Answer incoming telephone calls and forward to appropriate personnel or department.
- Take and deliver messages or transfer calls to voicemail when appropriate personnel are unavailable.
- Welcome on-site visitors, determine the nature of business and announce visitors to appropriate personnel.
- Open, sort and distribute incoming mail.
- Accurately file documents in student files.
- File and copy immigration documents/distribute to students.
- During summer assignment, responsibilities will include assisting international admissions.
