What are the responsibilities and job description for the Student Worker position at University of Central Arkansas?
The College of Health and Behavioral Sciences Dean’s office is in need of a student worker to work Monday – Friday, 15 hours a week.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Sorts and files records into correct folders within the office filing system.
- Makes updates to the CHBS marketing materials.
- Responsible for helping plan events such as receptions and opening meetings.
- Curates newsletter using the design template.
- Assists in planning and implementing the CHBS Student Research Symposium.
- Assists with student and faculty needs including but not limited to unlocking classrooms, unlocking lockers, and making copies.
- Creates reports for college assessments and leadership meetings.
- Helps with the social media and marketing needs for CHBS and the ITC.
- Assists with communication between the college and departments which includes but is not limited to save the dates and faculty announcements.
- Assists Associate Deans and Program Specialists as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
