What are the responsibilities and job description for the Network Development Specialist position at University of California, Riverside?
The Network Development Specialist works with internal and external audiences to build awareness and preference for UCR Health and its services and / or programs, while improving the health of the community. Leads the engagement with insurance brokers, large employers, and community organizations to promote UCR Health access. Increase referrals and reduce leakage, promote services / programs. Prepares education and marketing materials to support outreach efforts. Document results of outreach to demonstrate effectiveness at adding member lives and engagement, enhancing consumer image and increase utilization of services or program participation. The full salary range for the Network Development Specialist is $62,900 - $110,100 annually. We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs. Applicants must have current work authorization when accepting a UCR staff position. Currently, we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa for staff. As a University employee, you will be required to comply with all applicable University policies and/or collective bargaining agreements, as may be amended from time to time. Federal, state, or local government directives may impose additional requirements. Please note: The classification title and salary range for this position are currently pending extension to the UCR campus. The classification for this position is covered under the personnel policies for staff members.
