Our teaching and research address all forms of work and employment as well as a plurality of organisational forms and practices in the globalised world. The impact and engagement of our teaching and research extend from the local economy to global institutions.
The Group Is Involved In Undergraduate, Postgraduate And Executive Teaching In The Business School And Beyond. Our Teaching Is Informed By The Social Sciences, Including Critical Approaches To Work And Organisation. We Offer Courses In Management Theory And Practice, Work And Employment, Sustainability, Digitalisation, And Related Fields. Applications Are Sought From Candidates Whose Teaching Expertise Would Align With And Extend The Existing Strengths Of The Group, Specifically In The Areas Of

We wish to appoint a Senior Lecturer on academic pathway 3 who can provide relevant teaching, scholarship and leadership, and who will be involved in the delivery and development of the group’s teaching offering.

What will you be doing?
We wish to appoint a Senior Lecturer on academic pathway 3 who can provide relevant teaching, scholarship and leadership, and who will be involved in the delivery and development of the group’s teaching offering.
You should apply if
We are looking for someone who is
- Teaching at all levels, including post-experience education
- Acting as a personal tutor for undergraduate students, and supervising MSc and UG dissertations in management
- Designing and administering assessments, marking exams and coursework papers
- Actively pursuing pedagogical scholarship
- Providing leadership within the School or University through relevant teams, groups and committees
- Leading on curriculum development and enhancement in line with the school ambition/strategy
- Leading on the design and administration of units and course programmes, and acting as a Unit Director
- Leading on curriculum development and enhancement in line with the school ambition/strategy.
- Actively leading engagements with non-academic partners in teaching design, development and delivery.
