Overview
The main responsibility of the Customer Service Receptionist is to welcome patients and visitors, guide them to the appropriate location using the visitor check-in system when needed, and offer assistance in the absence of the supervisor.

Qualifications

Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience in hospitality is preferred.
- Strong computer skills necessary for daily operations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Outstanding customer service abilities.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated customer service experience and professional phone etiquette.
- Bilingual skills are preferred.

Compensation
The expected hourly range for this position is TC/1375: Probationary Rate $18.82 - Job Rate $19.32 - Two (2) Year Rate $19.90 per hour, in accordance with the New Jersey Pay Transparency Law; final compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
