Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This role is crucial in providing excellent customer service. Our dental office is patient-centered and focused on care, so we are not high volume and put high emphasis on the patient experience. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, managing a variety of administrative tasks while maintaining a welcoming environment.
Duties
- Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Coordinate patient care by managing phone calls, text messages and emails
- Perform data entry, filing, and clerical tasks to support office operations.
- Maintain the clinical schedule for all care providers
- Provide customer support by addressing patient inquiries
- Assist with office management duties, including inventory management and organization
- Collaborate with team members to enhance office productivity and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proficient computer skills and familiar with Google Workspace.
- Team player with high quality of customer service
- Experience as a dental or medical receptionist is a plus, but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour
