Responsibilities

• Educate patients and their families on healthcare management and disease prevention.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of nursing assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
• Adhere to all safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity and quality of care.

Requirements

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Michigan.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and team members.
• Ability to work independently with good organizational and time management skills.
• Reliable transportation to visit patients in the community.
