- Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals as needed
- Document care provided and report any changes in clients' conditions
- Prior experience in home care or a related field is an asset
- Ability to pass background checks and comply with all licensing requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Reliable transportation to and from client locations in Brighton, MI
