- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Help with light housekeeping duties, meal preparation, and errands.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Monitor and report any changes in the client’s condition or behavior to the supervisor.
- Follow care plans and instructions from healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided.
Requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with clients and their families.
- Reliable transportation to and from clients’ homes.
- Be able to make it to the client home and back without an issue
- Ability to pass background checks and any required health screenings.
