Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Support with mobility and transferring to ensure client safety
- Help with preparing meals and feeding as needed
- Monitor client health and report any changes or concerns to supervisors
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance client well-being
- Follow care plans and adhere to company policies and procedures
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
