Home Attendant

University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Attendant to provide quality care and support to our clients in Ypsilanti, MI. In this role, you will assist clients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and safety in a home environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Help with household tasks including meal preparation, light cleaning, and laundry.
• Follow care plans and maintain accurate documentation of services provided.
• Support mobility and transportation needs if required.

Requirements

• Previous experience in home care or related field is a plus but not necessary.
• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients and team members.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes.
• Ability to pass background checks.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.
