POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES Position is responsible for operational management of support services team in Genetics. This includes all operations necessary to deliver services such as clerical work, electronic medical records, sample send-out, patient services / satisfaction, physician relationships, clerical staff supervision, and quality / performance improvement; This position will also provide training and optimization of processes aimed at supporting increased quality and efficiency.
